By accessing or participating in Strategic Founders ("the Community"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from participating in the Community.
Strategic Founders is an invitation-only community designed for founders of companies with 20-200 employees in the Sydney area. Our purpose is to facilitate peer learning, experience sharing, and mutual support among mid-stage company founders.
3.1 Invitation-Only: Membership is by invitation only and subject to approval by the Community organizers.
3.2 Eligibility: Members must be founders or co-founders of companies with 20-200 employees, actively involved in business operations.
3.3 No Membership Fees: There are currently no membership fees, though this may change with reasonable notice.
3.4 Termination: We reserve the right to revoke membership at our discretion for violations of these terms or the Code of Conduct.
4.1 Attendance: Events are scheduled approximately 10 times per year, typically as 2-hour early morning sessions.
4.2 Registration: Members must register for events in advance. Capacity may be limited.
4.3 Cancellations: Please provide reasonable notice if you cannot attend a registered event.
4.4 Respectful Participation: All participants must adhere to our Code of Conduct during events.
5.1 Chatham House Rule: Discussions within the Community follow the Chatham House Rule - participants are free to use information received, but neither the identity nor affiliation of speakers or other participants may be revealed.
5.2 Sensitive Information: Members are expected to respect the confidential nature of business information shared within the Community.
5.3 No Recording: Recording of sessions (audio or video) is prohibited without explicit consent from all participants.
6.1 Content Ownership: Members retain ownership of their own contributions and shared content.
6.2 Community Materials: All Community-created materials, including the website, branding, and event materials, remain the property of Strategic Founders.

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Strategic Founders, its organizers, and members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Community or attendance at events.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strategic Founders and its organizers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your participation in the Community or violation of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
